Evans Lift is a powerful, high active, multi purpose, heavy duty detergent for those really difficult cleaning tasks. it has been specially developed for a wide range of applications, particuarly in kitchens and food processing areas. Lift is unperfumed and therefore ideal wherever food is handled, served or prepared. It is recommended for use on a variety of washable surfaces including cooker hoods, deep fat fryers, ovens, floors and walls, as it easily removes fat, grease, oil and ingrained soiling.
It is also a very versatile and concentrated cleaner degreaser suitable for removing heavy soil in engineering workshops and general industry. It is ideal for washing and maintaining greasy floors and is also approved for Altro flooring.
Evans Lift is a low environmental impact product.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Appearance: Clear pale straw liquid

Odour: Characteristic

pH - undiluted: 13.4

Shelf life: 3 years

Contains a blend of sodium metasilicate, anionic and nonionic surfactants, sequestering agent, solubiliser and glycol ether, which breaks down as follows:-

SODIUM DODECYL BENZENE SULPHONATE 3-5%

SODIUM METASILICATE 3-5%

2-BUTOXYETHANOL 3-5%

SODIUM CUMENE SULPHONATE 3-5%

GENERAL CLEANING:

Dilute 1:250 parts hot water (20ml per 5lt). Mop, wipe or spray surface.

HEAVY SOILING AND GREASE:

Dilute 1:50 parts hot water (100ml per 5lt)

Mop, wipe or spray surface.

FOR CLEANING DEEP FAT FRYERS:

Switch off appliance, drain out oil and remove all deposits.

Dilute 1:25 (400ml per 10lt) cold water in fryer.

Submerge basket and utensils in solution and soak overnight.

Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.

TO RE-FILL THE LIFT RTU TRIGGER SPRAY BOTTLE:

Dilute 30ml per 600ml cold water.
